Painting with watercolors and or egg tempera

The colors of watercolors have an intense, transparent and bright appearance. You can paint with it smoothly and spontaneously or in several layers.
In the course you will explore your own painting style and theme choice.
In addition to painting with watercolors, you can also paint with egg tempera, this paint you can make yourself.

You will work on the themes of portrait, objects, landscape and animal, among others. There is also attention to building your own oeuvre and it is possible to work on your own themes.

You can choose to use one of the two types of paint or a combination. Indeed, the techniques can easily be used side by side, as both paints are made on the basis of water.
Various combination (drawing) techniques with watercolors are also covered, such as with watercolor pencil, chalk, bister and India ink.

For whom: This course is suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Materials: Materials for watercolors are available the first lesson, after that it is possible to make a (small) purchase. For egg tempera all materials are present during the course, also there is always spare material.
