Editing photos with Lightroom

Photography doesn’t have to stop at writing to the memory card: in this beginner’s course, you’ll learn how to mold a digital photo into a more beautiful result. Also learn what to look out for when finalizing your final image. Do you already know the difference between preparing a photo for online use and for use in a picture frame? Or maybe you need better tools for organizing all your photos?

We will get straight to work organizing supplied work files, so you will also learn the ins and outs of organizing your own Lightroom Catalog. In addition to editing these work files, we will also work on your own photography and homework assignments.

What do you need to participate?

• Laptop. During the classes we will work with the most recent desktop/laptop version of Lightroom Classic. Participation with Lightroom Mobile on iPad or iPhone is possible, but has limitations.
• Private license for Adobe Creative Cloud Photography with the latest versions of Lightroom Classic installed on your laptop.
• Photo camera with RAW photo-recording capability and tripod.

Practical to know.
The course consists of 8 lessons of 2.5 hours, given on Friday mornings from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. The location is the Kumulus (Herbenusstraat 89) in room Jean-Loup Sieff.

Participation in the course costs €275 (incl. VAT, excl. materials). To participate, payment of the invoice must be complete in advance, any company information may be added directly to the registration. Payment of the invoice is also possible by iDeal.

This course will start with a minimum of 4 applications and will be taught to a maximum of 8 students.
